What are the APN settings?

Go to the "mobile networks" settings of your phone (please refer to the instructions provided by your mobile phone manufacturer)

Add an access point (APN) by filling in the fields as follows:
Name: "Bouygues Telecom"
APN: "mmsbouygtel.com"
Proxy, Port, Username & Password: do not enter anything.
MMSC: "http://mms.bouyguestelecom.fr/mms/wapenc"
MMS proxy: "62.201.129.226"
MMS Port: "8080"
MCC: "208"
MNC: "20"
Authentication Type: "None"
Choose "APN Type", enter "default, supl, MMS", then choose "OK" or check "MMS, default and supl" and choose "OK".
Register the new APN, reboot your phone and enjoy your internet and MMS services.

How long is my eSIM valid for?

12 months

How can I know how much data I have left?

There are various options available to check the remaining data credit:

Option 1:

Login to “My Customer Area” on https://www.bouyguestelecom.fr/ and select your Prepaid eSIM or eSIM
Go to “Manage My Consumption”
The remaining data credit on your selected eSIM / eSIM will be displayed.

Option 2:

You can call 630 from your smartphone and follow the instructions to receive the information about your remaining data credit. (French)
You can call 634 to speak directly with the customer support agents and inquire the information about the remaining data credit on your eSIM / eSIM (English)

How to activate the eSIM?

It’s very simple: insert the eSIM into your mobile phone and start using it (Call, SMS or data)

Can I register my eSIM online?

Yes, you can register your eSIM on https://espaceclient-carte.bouyguestelecom.fr/primary/_-itzBh3M3

1) Enter your phone number
2) Enter the 6-digits activation code you receive by text
3) Choose password and enter email
4) You are done! You can now see your dashboard, including consumption in France and Europe.

Can I call the registration hotline from any country in Europe?

Yes : +336 68 634 634 (voice server in French)

Can the customer hotline support (to register the eSIM) speak English?

Certain customer support agents speak English but we can’t to guaranty you

Credit & Validities

Is my credit reduced if someone from outside of EU is calling/ texting me?

No, you can receive calls and SMS for free

What are the opening hours for registering the eSIM?

Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm (French Standard Time GMT +1)

What information do I need to give to the customer support for a successful registration?

When you call 634: First give your phone number (you receive it by text message when you activate the eSIM), and after your first name, surname and your address. It’s possible that customer service will ask you for your passport number or ID card.
