iPhone:
- In "Settings" select "Cellular Data".
- Select "Add a cellular package".
- Scan the QR code and register the eSIM.
Android:
- Go to "Settings" and then select "Connections".
- Select "SIM card manager".
- Select "Add a Mobile plan", then "Add via QR Code".
- Scan the QR Code and register the eSIM.
- Select "OK" at the end of the profile download.
Once your profile is downloaded to your phone, you will be able to access the Bouygues Telecom mobile network.
Troubleshooting Steps
In the event that you encounter any network-related difficulties, please proceed by following the steps outlined below:
- Enable Data Roaming
- Set Network to Automatic
- Choose 4G/LTE as Preferred Network Type
- Deactivate other SIM Cards or eSIMs

Upon receipt of the email, you can download your eSIM profile to your phone by scanning the QR Code anywhere in the world. You will need to be connected to an internet network (WIFI or cellular). Your eSIM is ready.
When you arrive in Europe or if you are already in Europe, you just have to select it as your main SIM Card.
You can therefore load and scan your QR code from anywhere in the world well before your arrival in Europe without your offer starting.
- Connect to the Internet via WiFi (transferring eSIMs without WiFi does not work)
- Delete your eSIM profile from your first phone
- Scan your QR Code from your 2nd phone (it may take a few minutes to download your eSIM profile again).
If you had personalized your PIN code, it will be reset by default
iPhone:
- Go to the settings
- Select "Cellular Plans".
- Then select on "Erase my cell phone plan"
Android:
- Go to "Settings" and then select "Connections".
- Select "SIM card manager".
- Select the mobile plan you want to delete
- Select "Delete".
- Confirm your request by selecting "Reset".
You will still be reachable, however your operator may charge you roaming fees for your calls, SMS and DATA usage.

- Settings > Network & Internet (Wireless & Networks) > Tap "SIM Cards" ("Dual SIM Setting") > You can select your primary SIM Card for either Calls or Data
